Mykonos Villas

Mykonos, Greece

Rugged luxury

Looking out across the sunbaked rocks towards a blue horizon, the 11 Greek villas (sleeping two to 14) in this exclusive luxury complex offer cool, comfortably white interiors with stunning views. For those without a private infinity pool, the uncluttered white sands of Panormos Beach are just a stroll away.

Location

Mykonos villas are set on the chic and most stylish side of the island. The airport, both harbours and local town of Mykonos are only five KM away, so you can kick off your shoes and pour your G&T within the hour – whether you arrive by sea or air.

About The Owners

Elleni is an American from Los Angeles, California who married Zissis, a Greek. They live in Athens in the winter and Mykonos in the summer. Zissis bought the property in Mykonos in the 1970's when Panormos was a very isolated nude beach that could only be reached on a very bumpy dirt path.

  • We love the calm, simple style of these elegant properties – the pure white interiors are infused with simple beiges and pale blues reflecting the rocks, sea and skies that wrap around the views.
  • Here you have the best of both worlds: flawless private luxury and a lively local town just ten minutes’ drive away – or if you’re in the mood for a romantic Bohemian meal on the sands, dine at the Panormos Beach restaurant and take a moonlit walk home. Panormos is close to town and away from it all especially in the busy summer months.
  • Getting out on the water on an excursion to a nearby island – fascinating history, incredible architecture and stunning stories – all you would expect from a UNESCO World Heritage Site island – the local island of Delos.
  • They also provide a welcome basket to all of our guest at check in with Greek wine, olives, and local treats and also provide complimentary prestocking for our guests.

  • Anassa Main Residence (sleeps 10) but together with the main Guest House it can sleep 14. Both are stunning properties built in traditional Mykonian style. Anassa has a large infinity pool and spa; and spacious terraces there is ample space for easy outdoor living and luxurious interiors with sofas and beds to sink into and relax.
  • There are three villas with their own private pools and sunbathing terraces, each with three double rooms, sleeping between two and seven. There are plenty of bathrooms and to lap up the view, there are balconies to hang over – or you can fire up a traditional island BBQ and enjoy some alfresco dining and drinking at the built-in bar.
  • There is a Superior Villa (sleeps eight), a Delux Villa (sleeps five) and four Suite Villas (each sleep four). None of these villas have pools, but this gated complex is a short walk from a unspoilt, uncrowded long sandy beach.
  • All of these luxuriously peaceful and comfortable villas have ample space with simple, stylish decor into which you can easily sink and relax. They have woodburners for chiller evenings and air conditioning for the hot summer months.
  • Kitchens are fully equipped; there are alfresco dining areas and satellite televisions; as well as a twice-weekly maid service and easy parking. Linen is changed twice a week.
  • Children are welcome and extra services such as babysitting can be arranged. You can charter a yacht or buy in a chef, pre-stock the fridge or arrange for a concierge – just ask.
