Loft du Vigneron, Southern France

In it’s own secret, walled garden, the beautiful private patio garden of this stylish three bedroom apartment has a stunning pool at its heart. Casa Cicerali, Puglia

This villa is surrounded by beautiful and ancient olive groves, giving it a uniquely serene atmosphere. The interior is modern and well equipped, but it’s the outside space that takes it to a different level. There are terraces and patios overlooking the 10 x 5m pool and plenty of shady spots to while away an afternoon (or a week).

I Jardina, Sicily

The island of Pantelleria is one of those places that gets under the skin. It’s rugged and undeveloped, but that’s its charm. Escape the “real” world and explore the unspoilt natural beauty of the island or take a boat trip and dive in to warm, crystal clear waters. There are seven dammusi and apartments in this family run resort, five of which have private pools. They have superb views across the island and out to sea and offer island life without the long haul flight.

El Monte Bajo, Málaga

One thing we do love is the choice of a day by the pool or heading out to a nearby beach, buzzing with beach life – just for a change of scene before heading home to our sanctuary! Danny’s carefully renovated farmhouse in the hills behind Nerja is a perfect option. Sleeping up to 8 with spacious interiors, lovely gardens and a pool with a view, the house is also just a few minutes drive from lovely beaches. If you fancy a city day then Málaga is also a super easy day out.

Villa Paradiso, Sardinia

The views from this villa are the stuff of dreams. Crystal clear seas spread in every direction. Lie by the pool and soak up those views, or retreat to the covered terraces and cool, modern interiors. The island has some fantastic beaches to explore and there are sandy beaches just a short drive away, where you can sample delicious local cuisine. Cagliari is a stunning city full of culture and history and well worth a day out during your stay – assuming you can drag yourself away from that pool!

Casa Violeta, Algarve

This much loved family villa represents the opportunity to escape the hustle of every day life and recharge the batteries of everyone in the family. The pool is lovely as is the hot tub and covered terrace. Breakfast to the sound of cicadas, lunch by the pool or on one of the nearby sandy beaches before making use of the BBQ area in the balmy evenings. A true retreat.
