The Location
In the Polizzi Generosa region of central Sicily, Susafa is ideal if you’re looking to wake up to birdsong instead of traffic noise. Rolling hills with winding roads and fabulous views are everywhere here, as well as some of the best vineyards anywhere. Madonie Park is half an hour’s drive and a great day trip option for hikers, while the glittering coast is only an hour.
Both Palermo Airport and Catania Airport are a 1 hour, 40 minute’s drive.

Owned by the Saeli-Rizzuto family since the mid 19th century, heirs Manfredi and Tommaso decided to bring their beloved family property into the 21st century and share it with the world. Since opening its doors in 2008, their mission has been to showcase the traditions of this area to guests, and to fully immerse them into its way of life.
