The Location
Situated on a farm close to Ballyshane and an easy drive south of Cork. An abundance of scenic walking routes leads you through lush Irish countryside, fields of wildflowers in season, rugged, photogenic coastline, and nearby sandy beaches. This area is also a haven for foodies. Only 15 minutes by car, the town of Midleton offers a range of restaurants and shops, and the area in general is well known for its organic farm shops, world-class culinary school, charming pubs, and distilleries.
Cork, with its international airport, is only a 40-minute drive.

My stay here was pure bliss!! The welcoming host brought me local vegetables, eggs and cheese. Watching the sunrise from an enormous double bed. Drinking wine watching the sun go down and the twinkling lights from ships and lighthouse. I loved it so much I bought a house just down the road !!
