Yaxley Hall Home Farm sits squarely in the centre of is own 37 acre estate which is located close to the Suffolk village of Hemingstone. If you need more than the beautiful rolling countryside around you then the bracing Suffolk Heritage Coast is a short drive away.

Other nearby places to visit include Sutton Hoo, Southwold, Framlingham Castle and the world class music centre of Aldeburgh. 

About The Owners

With a background in architecture, historic houses, interior design and property development it is hardly surprising that Dominic Richards, owner of Yaxley Hall Home Farm, has an established reputation for successfully marrying modern interiors to historic buildings while saving space for a few quirky design twists. 

Yaxley Hall Home Farm is just one element of Dominic's business interests which also expand to Yaxley Hall Cottages, Yaxley Hall (a wonderful private venue for civil partnerships) Yaxley Educational Tours, and soon to be developed - a 68 room Eco Spa.  While we might not all have his entrepreneurial talent we can enjoy his trail of wonderful places to stay.

  • Luxury self catering accommodation: Four luxurious double bedrooms. Two on one side of the house each have their own bathrooms, whilst the two on the other share a spacious luxury bathroom. Crisp modern units with Philippe Starck fittings.White luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, dressing gowns and towels complete the luxury feel of the upper floors.
  • The ground floor is remarkable for many things as well as generosity of space: a drawing room with its secret reading hideaway and French doors into the garden; an oak beamed sitting room located at the heart of the house; a dining room with stunning solid oak contemporary farmhouse table; and, finally an uber chic and spaciously light farmhouse kitchen.
  • Features include oak fire places, French stained beams, exposed floor boards, chocolate hessian rugs and sink into sofas.Flat screened digital TV with DVD player and iPod docking stations provide all the entertainment possibilities you might need.
