35CS - contemporary self catering apartment - is situated mid terrace on the ground floor of an imposing townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End – an area which boasts some of the country’s finest Georgian streets. Ideally situated for the city’s main artery, Princess Street, and the ‘Village’ with its refreshing daytime mix of independent boutiques and award-winning retailers, and its evening offer of thriving bars and chic restaurants.

About The Owners

35CS is brought to you by partners Paul Lightfoot and John MacEwan who own 94DR. It has been their vision to create a new higher standard of accommodation for travellers in the city and both 35CS and 94DR confidently reflect this. Their expertise in marketing and customer service will undoubtedly lead to 35CS becoming an important benchmark from which others will measure.
