About The OwnersDavid and Pascal have lovingly restored and refurbished Cap de Castel in the leading “Cap” area of the village which dates back to the 13th century. Pascal works part time as a steward for BA and knows a thing or two about good and bad hotels. He now uses that experience to inform and create the design of the rooms at Cap de Castel which feel both very personal and luxurious.
